The weeks preceding a deposit deadline are always very busy and – in the past – students have encountered delays in scheduling appointments because of the last-minute rush.
If you are planning to deposit your dissertation or theses in time for the February 1st graduation date, please be reminded that you need to print out the following required forms and complete them before your deposit meeting so that you can bring the completed forms with you to the meeting:
- Graduate School Exit Survey
- NSF Survey of Earned Doctorates
- Deposit Clearance Form (Recommendation: Obtain signatures no earlier than several days before the deposit meeting.)
As the deadline approaches, deposit appointments with Judith Waldman, the Dissertation Assistant, are often completely booked days in advance. Please make an appointment to deposit your dissertation or thesis as soon as possible by sending an email with your contact information to deposit@gc.cuny.edu. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
Appointment requests received via deposit@gc.cuny.edu will receive priority attention.
