Because of hardware upgrades and data migration, CUNY Computing & Information Systems requires a complete shut down of various centralized library services beginning Friday, January 20th at 7am until as late as Sunday, January 22nd, 12pm. During this time, the CUNY+ catalog, renewals, fine payments, and CLICs requests will be unavailable. Overdue and CLICS pick-up notices will not be generated. Grad Center library users will be able to check out, pick-up CLICS requests, and return books, but fines will continue to accrue and, of course, patrons will be responsible for paying fines and can pay after services are reinstated. A limited view to CUNY library holdings will be available through WorldCat. Note: WorldCat call numbers generally match those used by CUNY libraries, but links to CUNY+ will be completely down during the migration. There will be no information about the availability of items or the particular library locations where they are shelved (e.g. Folio, Reference, 3-Day Reserve). All Grad Center Databases will be accessible through the Graduate Center proxy services, but, because the CUNY Central proxy service will not be functioning, CUNY-wide databases will not be available through the CUNY Central database page.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact the reference desk for assistance.
