Database Trials

The Graduate Center has trials through October 13 to Gale News Vault, which includes the archives of several British newspapers from the seventeenth century to the present, including the Times Literary Supplement and the Financial Times, as well as a collection of  nineteenth-century American newspapers, and to the Illustrated London News Historical Archive, including all issues from 1842 to 2003.  The Graduate Center also a trial through November 8 to Nursing Education in Video, a collection of 260 videos created for the education and training of nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare workers.  All of CUNY now subscribes to European Views of the Americas, 1493-1750, based upon the authoritative bibliography European Americana: A Chronological Guide to Works Printed In Europe Relating to The Americas,1493-1750.
