Due to the continued commercial power outages in some Hurricane Sandy impacted areas, customer circuits are not yet in steady state. Some customer circuits have CEV (Controlled Environment Volt) or RTs (Remote Terminals) that can be impacted by commercial power outages. Verizon has been working to deploy generators to this equipment in order to restore service. Due to fueling and equipment issues with generators, customers may experience intermittent outages until commercial power is restored. Below are the impacted COs.
