199 Books Added to Oxford Scholarship Online

The content of Oxford Scholarship Online has been increased by 199 titles, bringing the total to 3,772 Oxford University Press reference books in economics and finance, history, linguistics, literature, mathematics, music, philosophy, political science, and psychology. A list of newly available titles by subject is available.

Nursing Resource Center

As of March 10, the Graduate Center subscribes to Nursing Resource Center. This database offers the text of more than 20 reference books, over 200 animations from Blausen Medical’s Human Atlas, and citations from more than 500 journals.

WebCSD

As of March 8, the Graduate Center subscribes to WebCSD. The Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) includes bibliographic, chemical, and crystallographic information for organic molecules and metal-organic compounds.

Ethnographic Video Online

The Graduate Center has a trial through May 3 to Ethnographic Video Online, providing 150 hours of ethnographic videos. It may be searched by ethnographer, cultural group, location, subject, date, people, and content type.

Encyclopedia of Islam

The Graduate Center has a trial through April 2 to the Encyclopedia of Islam, offering the complete text of the second and third editions.

Art Retrospective

The Graduate Center subscribes to Art Retrospective, indexing art periodicals from 1929 to 1984.

American Antiquarian Society Historical Periodicals

The Graduate Center has a trial through June 30 to American Antiquarian Society Historical Periodicals, offering the text of over 1,500 American periodicals published between 1691 and 1837, including original typography, graphics, and drawings.
