The caption reads: "New York. The site for the tunnel terminal of the Pennsylvania Railroad, 34th St." Cars are parked along the road running parallel to the site on the right. Penn Station was built in 1910 by McKim, Mead & White. It was demolished in 1963 to build Madison Square Garden.
