Editorial tips for a successful translation to PDF format
The odds of successfully translating the Word version of your dissertation to a pdf version are increased substantially when you:
- Use standard fonts
- Use tabs for indentations
- Use the “table” feature in MS Word to create and format tables
Reminder -
Although you can print charts and tables in color for inclusion in the print copies of you dissertations, the pdf file images will be in grayscale. You are encouraged to re-label charts and tables for anyinformation that is color-dependent.
