Search GC Full Text Journals for Persistent URL
Links to articles from GC library databases require a prefix for our GC library proxy server to allow off-campus access, plus a persistent URL.
Each persistent url should be preceeded by http://ezproxy.gc.cuny.edu/login?url= in order for the proxy server to prompt off-campus users to enter a GC network userid/pwd.
To find a persistent URL for GC journal articles:
- enter journal title in search box under Full Text Journals and follow link to article full text; browse or search database as necessary. If journal title is abbreviated, check 2nd floor library reference "Periodical Title Abbreviations" book.
- if article full text found, find the persistent URL to the journal article and copy (cntl-C)
