This report exhibits the several sums paid to the acting canal commissioners, and the amount expended by them. It also shows the sums expended by each commissioner, the time when, the names of the persons to whom, and the purposes for which they were paid. Submitted by W. L. Marcy, Comptroller. The grand total of expenditures by the Canal Commissioners was $5,130,954.64. This page includes the remainder of the accounts of Mr. Holley, and the accounts of William C, Bouck and Henry Seymour.
