Pershing Square Building; Built: 1923; Architects: York & Sawyer. Built on the site of the Grand Union Hotel. The U-shaped 24 story office building originally contained a basement restaurant, street level shopping, and a second floor banking room.

Princeton Club; Expansion: 1922-1923; Razed: c. 1961; Architect: Aymar Embury II. The Club bought the former home of Frederick Jennings, a Princeton alum, in 1922 and proceeded to renovate and expand it, adding a 10 story building that included squash courts and a restaurant. The Princeton, Brown, and Dartmouth Clubs were all demolished to make way for an office building that was built at 90 Park Avenue in 1963.

Caption reads: Armory of the Seventy-First Regiment, N. G. N. Y., Park Avenue, New York, N.Y. ; Clinton & Russell, Architects. The 71st Regiment Armory; Built: 1892-1894, Architect: John R. Russell; Rebuilt: 1904, Architects: Clinton and Russell; Razed: 1970's. The original Romanesque Revival building burned down in 1902 and was replaced in 1904 by a red brick structure in the style of a medieval castle. The 250 foot tower was modeled after the Palazzo Pubblico of Siena, Italy.
